Terms of Service - PinAudit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PinAudit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PinAudit is a Pinterest health audit tool that helps users identify issues affecting their Pinterest account performance, including broken links, duplicate pins, and other problems. The Service requires you to connect your Pinterest account via OAuth.

3. Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use this Service
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Pinterest Account Connection

To use PinAudit, you must connect at least one Pinterest account. By connecting your account:

You authorize us to access your Pinterest data as described in our Privacy Policy
You confirm you have the right to connect the Pinterest account(s)
You understand we have read-only access and cannot modify your Pinterest content

Multiple Accounts: Free users may connect 1 Pinterest account. Pro users may connect 1 account. Agency users may connect up to 5 Pinterest accounts.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan features at any time.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated scripts to access the Service excessively
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Violate Pinterest's Terms of Service or Developer Terms
Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PinAudit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your Pinterest content remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PINAUDIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PinAudit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PinAudit operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
